Bondi Hoarders Home to Be Sold at Auction

In order to recover cleanup costs as well as legal fees, the Bondi hoarders home is being sold at auction. According to the New South Wales Sherriff’s Office, the proceeds should be able to cover the estimated $160,000 worth of legal fees and other costs.

The buyer’s guide is set at $2 million dollars and whoever purchases the property will also be responsible for the removal of all the inclusions. Apart from the recovery of the cleanup costs, selling the home is also for the public health and safety of the nearby residents.

I am so impressed with the job that Gregg and Karen did for my aunt's home. Not only did they take the time to explain thorougly what they were going to do, but they did EXACTLY as they promised.

We never expected to get the sales price for the house that we ended up getting. If you had seen my aunt's home before they started, you would know why. By the time the job was done, the house looked totally transformed.

Needless to say... I highly recommend their services!
