Increasing Cat Hoarding Cases

According to SPCA figures, the number or cat hoarding cases in Canterbury has doubled over the last year. In 2015, there were 11 cases of animal hoarding which involved 180 cats. Typically, SPCA deals with 20 to 40 cats at a cat hoarder’s home.

An animal hoarder is a person who keeps a large number of domestic animals in his home and denies his inability to care for them. According to┬áMental Health Advocacy and Peer Support general manager Sue Ricketts, people hoard animals because they reponsible for their life. They think that if they don’t keep these pets, they will suffer and die.

I am so impressed with the job that Gregg and Karen did for my aunt's home. Not only did they take the time to explain thorougly what they were going to do, but they did EXACTLY as they promised.

We never expected to get the sales price for the house that we ended up getting. If you had seen my aunt's home before they started, you would know why. By the time the job was done, the house looked totally transformed.

Needless to say... I highly recommend their services!
