City’s Response to Hoarding is Underway

According to the officials of the Evanston’s Health and Human Services Department, a plan is being developed to help respond to hoarding problems in homes and apartments in Evanston. As a matter of fact, the department is working on solutions for seven reported cases of hoarding.

The city usually responds to a hoarding behavior complaint with one of the city’s property maintenance inspectors. For extreme cases such as the clutter is preventing entrance or exit, the property can be declared either dangerous or uninhabitable.

I am so impressed with the job that Gregg and Karen did for my aunt's home. Not only did they take the time to explain thorougly what they were going to do, but they did EXACTLY as they promised.

We never expected to get the sales price for the house that we ended up getting. If you had seen my aunt's home before they started, you would know why. By the time the job was done, the house looked totally transformed.

Needless to say... I highly recommend their services!
