Example of a Home Renovation for Ideal Entertainment Space

Home RenovationHomeowners of a colonial home in Reston, Virginia decided to turn a breezeway into a detached two-car garage mainly for the purpose of entertainment and relaxation. While the construction was in progress, the area above the garage was transformed into a living space with a bathroom while the breezeway became an open, two-story sunroom.

“The breezeway turned into a sunroom and then blossomed from there,” says Sean McIarty, senior project manager at Case Design/Remodeling, Inc. “The garage is now the man cave, while the space above the garage includes a bedroom, bathroom, office for him and art studio for her. The studio leads to a deck with a cabana below.”

According to the Case carpenter, Tom Barber, the house is deceiving on the outside as the colonial façade masks the Italian-inspired interiors.

I am so impressed with the job that Gregg and Karen did for my aunt's home. Not only did they take the time to explain thorougly what they were going to do, but they did EXACTLY as they promised.

We never expected to get the sales price for the house that we ended up getting. If you had seen my aunt's home before they started, you would know why. By the time the job was done, the house looked totally transformed.

Needless to say... I highly recommend their services!
