Hoarding Disorder in Childhood

Hoarding disorder, a mental condition whereby people have difficulty discarding items due to urges to save them, can have a real threat and devastating impact on those with such condition, their families and communities. In the hop of identifying markers to detect and treat the disorder early, psychology researchers from Deakin University are calling on parents with children 8-17 years to get involved in a nation-wide study.

Previous research has shown that hoarding develops in childhood but is frequently unnoticed until the individual reaches his adulthood. Psychology researchers aim to reveal the early symptoms so that treatment can be given early before the condition gets worse.

I am so impressed with the job that Gregg and Karen did for my aunt's home. Not only did they take the time to explain thorougly what they were going to do, but they did EXACTLY as they promised.

We never expected to get the sales price for the house that we ended up getting. If you had seen my aunt's home before they started, you would know why. By the time the job was done, the house looked totally transformed.

Needless to say... I highly recommend their services!
