William Frederick Buchman, an elementary school teacher who was accused of hoarding 400 snakes at his home, appeared in court last Monday.
According to record, Buchman was accused of failing to properly care for the pythons he had kept in his home. During his arrest, hundreds of live and dead mice were also found in his residence. If convicted, the elementary teacher will face a maximum sentence of three year in prison.
