Felon Caught Hoarding Animals After Being Jailed for Animal Cruelty

A woman who was jailed for two years due to animal cruelty may once again be facing similar charges. Cynthia Gudger was once again caught hoarding animals in her home in Venice, Los Angeles.

One of her neighbors, Nancy Hancock, tipped Animal Control about the overwhelming smell of neglected and dead animals inside Gudger’s house. When an animal rescue group responded, they found a dozen of animals that have been poorly cared for.
