Dealing with Hoarding in the Workplace

In the workplace, individuals with hoarding disorder are often met with negative reactions from their employers or co-workers. What most people do not understand is that attacking an individual for suspected hoarding will lead to nothing positive whatsoever.

The best approach in helping people who execute hoarding behaviors would be one with immense patience and understanding. Offering your assistance and calling the attention of the HR may garner a better response than accusing the doer.
